Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service via email, real-time messaging applications, and phone calls.

2. Monitor and respond to a substantial volume of emails, messages, and posts.
">
3. Manage a wide array of administrative duties.
">
4. Effectively handle communications with individuals experiencing distressing and potentially life-threatening emergencies.
">
5. Compose incident reports in the assigned format, ensuring accurate grammar and spelling.
">
6. Collect, evaluate, and disseminate intelligence to support action plans based on credibility and likelihood.
">
7. Assist in planning and executing risk assessment projects.
">
8. Contribute to procedures and processes aimed at standardizing and enhancing risk management.
">
9. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate understanding and implementation of procedures and policies.
">
10. Provide emergency and non-emergency security system monitoring, event dispatch, and emergency notification services.
">
11. Process and maintain a diverse range of SOPs, ERPs, documents, files, logs, reports, and forms.
">
12. Analyze information from multiple external sources to identify and prevent potential threats or risks affecting company assets.
">
Requirements:
">

13. GSOC or security operations experience: 1 year – Preferred
">
14. PSA License – Preferred
">
15. Possess a 4-year degree in a related field or have equivalent work or military experience in security operations or in a GSOC/SOC/GOC.
">
16. Additional Requirements:
">
">
17. Interest or direct experience in executive protection, security operations, critical incident management, or corporate security.
">
18. Well-versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies.
">
19. Proficient user of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
">
20. Able to utilize multiple systems simultaneously while working at a fast pace.
">
21. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
">
22. Maintain composure during stressful situations.
">
23. Ability to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations.

24. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

25. Conflict resolution skills.

26. Pass pre-employment background investigation.
