Job Title: Service Coordinator
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the coordination and management of a residential service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Resource Management: Support the management of resources, including staffing, rosters, and staff development.
* Communication and Leadership: Facilitate communication and provide professional leadership to ensure a good quality of life for individuals living in the Residential service.
Experience and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience working with people with an intellectual disability is required.
* The successful candidate must be eligible for registration on the Social Care Register at CORU.
* Possession of a HETAC/NQAI BA (HONS) in Applied Social Studies (Disability)/Social Care is essential.
