About Our Project Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead a large-scale Werum Pas-X implementation project. This is a hybrid role, with a heavy emphasis on-site presence at our client's facility in the Midlands.
The successful candidate will have a strong IT background and experience in rolling out Werum Pas-X and associated Master Batch Record development. They will be responsible for managing IT projects, focusing on the rollout of new applications and services, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external third-party service providers to establish project plans.
* Project Lifecycle Management: Responsible for project initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
* Project Delivery: Effectively manage a range of projects using best practices and adhering to the required Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies.
* Business Analysis: Gather requirements through interviews and workshops, document current and future state models, and create use cases and test scenarios.
* Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage issues, risks, and organisational change to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
* Compliance and Standards: Ensure appropriate IT processes, procedures, and standards are followed and that project schedules, financials, scope, and performance requirements are met.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver mission-critical projects in a regulated environment.
Key Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related Science field.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
* Essential experience in rolling out Werum Pas-X and associated Master Batch Record development.
* A proven track record of leading a small-to-mid-sized team.
