We are seeking an experienced Civil Design Engineer for one of Europe's fastest growing general contractors in the mission critical and life sciences sectors. You will be joining a dynamic engineering team, supporting the delivery of large-scale, high-value data centre projects.
You will bring strong cross-discipline design and technical expertise, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. From concept to handover, you will manage design packages, support estimation, procurement, and planning, and ensure smooth transition into construction.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver civil design packages from review through to site handover.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and consultants to achieve project goals.
* Ensure technical compliance and adherence to relevant design standards.
* Contribute to sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.
* Support design coordination, risk management, documentation, and reporting.
* Conduct site visits and assist with quality assurance and progress tracking.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or data centre projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of civil design and construction processes.
* Proficiency in BIM, Revit, Civil 3D, or equivalent design software.
* In-depth understanding of statutory consent and building regulation processes.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
