Are you passionate about harnessing data to drive meaningful change and optimise outcomes?
AXA's Claims Analytics team is seeking a Claims Product Performance Analyst to join our dynamic and diverse group of data professionals.
Our team is committed to fostering an internal culture where data driven decision making is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring AXA stays ahead of the competition in terms of efficiency, customer service, and cost management.
Working with us means tackling interesting and complex challenges across a broad portfolio of projects, all with the shared goal of delivering the best for our customers.
You'll turn complex data into compelling stories and clear insights that influence strategic decisions.
With your strong understanding of data and analysis, you'll communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
If you thrive on solving real-world problems using data and want to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to innovation and excellence, we'd love to hear from you

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future.
Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you'll be doing:
Develop innovative tracking models using Python, Power BI, and other tools, based on comprehensive data requirements, to effectively showcase the performance of our products.
