We are looking to hire Site Supervisor in Tarbert, KerryResponsibilitiesSafety & EnvironmentImplement the company's Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) Management System and promote a positive safety culture.Prepare and deliver RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements), Safe Plan of Action (SPA) briefings, and regular toolbox talks.Ensure all operatives have completed inductions and hold valid permits before starting work.Conduct routine HSQE inspections using PowerApps or equivalent systems and ensure prompt closeout of findings.Manage environmental compliance, including waste control and pollution prevention measures.QualityEnsure that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.Identify and rectify any defects promptly, ensuring client approval and documentation of completed works.Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required and contribute to lessons learned sessions.Programme & DeliveryPlan, coordinate, and oversee daily site operations, including allocation of resources, plant, and subcontractors.Contribute to and maintain short-term lookahead programmes aligned with project milestones.Monitor site progress against the overall programme and address any issues or deviations in a timely manner.Commercial & ReportingMonitor site productivity and control costs, minimising waste, overtime, and inefficiencies.Maintain detailed and accurate site documentation including daily diaries, labour and plant returns, and material usage.Provide regular progress and performance reports to the Site Agent or Project Manager.People & Stakeholder ManagementSupervise and mentor site teams, ensuring compliance with site rules and procedures.Foster effective communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Promote teamwork and ensure all personnel adhere to high safety and performance standards.RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience in civil construction, preferably on energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects.Proven experience in site supervision, safety management, and cost control.Certified Site Safety Supervisor (or equivalent qualification).Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications.Full, clean Irish driving licence and legal right to work in Ireland.Proficiency in preparing RAMS, SPAs, and conducting digital inspections (PowerApps or similar).DesirableTraffic Management (SLG/LUGS) awareness and valid CSCS tickets.Experience working on renewable energy or utility-scale civil projects.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €43,492.55-€75,270.90 per yearBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
