Our client is a tier one main contractor and have grown to become the leading and most trusted company in its sector and is a uniquely dedicated Data Centre delivery partner in Europe. They are very excited to announce an opportunity for a Tax Manager to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
 * Supervise corporate income tax return compliance.
 * Ensure timely completion and filing of all tax returns.
 * Assist Senior Management with global mobility-related issues.
 * Aid Senior Management in addressing internal and external tax inquiries and audits.
 * Assist in preparing local and master transfer pricing files.
 * Stay updated on changes in local tax legislation.
 * Conduct ad-hoc research on emerging tax issues.
Qualifications
 * Hold a professional tax qualification (AITI/CTA or equivalent), ideally with an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
 * Possess PQE tax experience with a Big 4 or Top 10 public accounting firm and/or multinational corporation preferred.
 * Advanced knowledge of tax accounting, audit processes, and tax law.
 * Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Demonstrate high motivation and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with colleagues, external advisors, and key stakeholders.
 * Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time-sensitive tasks.
 * Capability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
 * Showcase a proven academic or professional track record reflecting dedication, ambition, and a commitment to excellence.
