We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Operator at our Kinisla site in Charleville, Co. Cork.
This is a full‑time, seasonal position, with rotating day (08:00‑16:00), evening (16:00‑00:00), and night (00:00‑08:00) shifts. During periods of increased demand, overtime and weekend work will be available with an increased pay rate. The season lasts from mid‑January to November.
As a Seasonal Operator, you’ll play a key role in our operations, with the chance to work in different areas of our site depending on your skills and training. Any previous experience as a production operative, warehouse operative, forklift operative, line operative or machine operator will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
Working as part of a team in production areas, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
Operating machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
Adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Assisting with quality control checks on ingredients and finished products.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintaining accurate production records.
Qualifications
Dependable team player who is motivated by the ability to add value and championing collaboration.
Great attention to detail, helping to maintain efficient production processes and high‑quality standards.
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and a motivation to learn.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment is an advantage.
