Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with a background in corporate communications and public affairs to join their dynamic Dublin-based team.

This role will suit someone with agency experience, strong client management skills, and proven expertise in public affairs and corporate communications.

Responsibilities:

* Lead on the planning and delivery of integrated communications and public affairs strategies.
* Provide strategic counsel to clients on reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and policy issues.
* Monitor political, policy, and media developments relevant to client interests.
* Draft and edit a wide range of materials, including reports, briefings, press content, and stakeholder communications.
* Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery of high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
* Support new business activity, including participation in pitches and identifying growth opportunities.
* Organise and manage client events, stakeholder meetings, and campaigns.
* Leverage digital and social media platforms to enhance campaign impact.

Your Profile:

* 5+ years’ experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or a related field, preferably within an agency environment.
* Strong understanding of the Irish policy, political, and media landscape.
* Experience managing public affairs and communications campaigns.
* Proven track record in client servicing and account management.
* Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related discipline.
* Knowledge of key industry sectors (e.g. corporate, technology, infrastructure, sustainability) is an advantage.
