Responsible for the development, coordination, and management of BIM processes and models to support complex engineering and construction projects across multiple sectors, including data centres and advanced technology facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage BIM software, including licensing and renewals
Perform model QA/QC and review fabrication models
Develop and manage COBie data and object libraries
Lead clash detection, coordination, and reporting across all systems
Produce coordinated 3D models, GA drawings, isometrics, and BOMs
Analyse model data to support quantification, 4D sequencing, and construction planning
Generate reports and dashboards to support project delivery and process improvement
Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and process documentation
Provide technical support and training to BIM users and project teams
Coordinate models across disciplines and integrate into federated models
Conduct site surveys, validation, and point cloud integration where required
Support procurement through material take-offs and schedules
Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and client discussions
Ensure compliance with QA/QC, BIM standards, and health & safety requirements
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate model implementation
Support continuous improvement initiatives and BIM innovation
Qualifications & Experience
Trade background with strong technical understanding and digital skills, or
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or BIM-related discipline
3+ years' experience in a BIM or similar technical environment
Proficient in MS Excel
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD/BIM tools
Strong attention to detail
Desirable Skills
Experience with modularisation / off-site fabrication
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
