About the Role A leading facilities management company, specialising in construction and fit-out services, is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic service team. This role focuses on managing quotations, supporting the sales process, and strengthening client relationships to drive business growth. You will play a key part in achieving sales targets and KPIs, working independently while contributing to the wider teams success. Key Responsibilities Organise and process quotations for construction and fit-out projects, prepared by the estimating team, in a professional and timely manner Conduct follow-up calls with customers to monitor the status of quotations and secure progress Support the sales team with pipeline management and sales order processing. Maintain and update quotations accurately within the CRM system. Build strong cross-departmental relationships to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business goals. Follow up on monthly SLAs with customers to obtain purchase orders. Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager. Previous experience in construction, fit-out, or FM sales is highly desirable. Motivated by targets, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong customer focus with a drive to deliver results Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound, telephone-based sales within a busy environment. Proven ability to work independently with initiative and self-sufficiency. Quick learner with the ability to absorb new product and industry knowledge. Confident communicator, skilled in sourcing leads and presenting solutions over the phone. Resilient, determined, and target-driven with a strong work ethic. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM systems. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and adapt to a changing workload. Skills: Sales
