About the Role:
This position involves scheduling service appointments, coordinating field technician workloads, and communicating with customers regarding service status, delays, or updates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling of service appointments
* Coordination of field technician workloads
* Customer communication regarding service status, delays, or updates
* Processing of job cards, service reports, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
* Ordering and tracking parts required for service jobs
* Maintenance of accurate service records and documentation using internal systems
* Liaising between service, sales, and parts departments
* Providing administrative support to the Service Manager and technicians
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a service and administrative role (automotive/machinery sector preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Comfortable working with service software and Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy work environment
* Customer-focused with a friendly, professional approach
