Warehouse Operations Leader
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Leader with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across our warehouse operations.
* Oversee daily warehouse operations within a high-volume distribution environment
* Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure service levels, quality, and compliance are consistently met
* Analyse data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends, optimise processes, and improve operational performance
* Lead and develop a warehouse team to achieve productivity and accuracy targets
* Ensure safe, compliant, and well-organised warehouse standards at all times
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and objectives
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Operations Lead within a logistics, supply chain, or distribution environment
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach
* Experience working within hardware, trade, or product-based distribution is highly desirable
* Solid understanding of warehouse management systems, process improvements, and change management principles
