Responsibilities
The Change Lead will ensure consistent, fast-paced deployment and adoption of Options Modelling (OM) capabilities across critical brands, driving measurable business value.
Responsibilities include: shaping and executing the change management methodology to influence increased adoption and higher customer acceptance on interaction with Options Modeling.
Ensuring ownership of the Stakeholder representative group, partnering to create alignment with Business & Data partners to maximize feedback mechanism.
Utilize 3E standard methodology to passionately tell story of change through key use case stories.
