The Role: Client Onboarding Specialist
This is a client-facing, high-impact, relationship driven role where you'll shape the first experience salons have with Barespace.
You'll guide new clients from their very first login to confidently using our platform day to day. You'll train them, organise their onboarding project, answer questions, and make sure they feel supported, confident, and empowered.

What You'll Do
* Lead onboarding:
Guide new salons through the full onboarding journey.
* Train & empower:
Deliver virtual and on-site product training tailored to each salon.
* Own your projects:
Manage multiple onboarding timelines at once with strong organisation.
* Be their go-to guide:
Support salons throughout their first month answer questions, solve issues, and build trust.
* Improve the process:
Gather feedback to help us continuously improve onboarding and the product.
* Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure a seamless salon experience.
What You Need to Succeed
* Experience in a customer-facing role (onboarding, customer success, training, or account management).
* Full driving licence + access to transport (on-site training is part of the role).
* Excellent organisation & time management: You'll be managing multiple onboarding projects.
* Strong communication skills: Especially explaining software clearly and engagingly.
* Project management experience (formal or informal) is a strong advantage.
* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow.
