Ergo are seeking a Project Administrator for a permanent role in Sandyford with a public-sector client.
As a Project Administrator you will co-ordinate projects for an EU-funded organisation with a national remit.
This is an exciting role which includes elements of finance, vendor management, procurement, planning, Project Management and service delivery.
The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
Experience working with invoices, grants and / or public sector an advantage.

What will you do?
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
Managing day-to-day interaction and communication between stakeholders
Facilitating an efficient invoicing process
Supporting the Programme Manager in delivering communications using direct mail and online resources
Paperwork and documentation in relation to EU funding
Project planning with the programme manager to implement rollout
Managing the service providers
Liaising with key stakeholders on implementation of the programme
Preparing invoices and claims for submission to suppliers and funders
Preparing reports/statistics
What do you need?
3+ years experience in a similar role (PMO, Office Administrator, Grants Officer)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Strong numeracy skills
