We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Loader Operator to join our team in Coolum, Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Wagners in concrete operations as we go through growth.
Responsibilities
* Operate front-end loaders in a safe and efficient manner
* Load and move materials such as soil, gravel, and construction debris
* Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance
* Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other operators
* Adhere to all safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements
* Proven experience operating loaders (minimum 2 years preferred)
* VOC capability for Front End Loader/Sales Loader
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Strong understanding of safety protocols
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
