Job Title: Residential Sales & Lettings Manager
We are seeking a driven and experienced Residential Sales & Lettings Manager to join McQuoids Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors, a respected General Practice Surveying firm.
This is a varied and rewarding role that requires a proactive individual with strong property market knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Residential Sales and Lettings department.
* List and negotiate new instructions for residential sales and lettings, maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
* Prepare accurate and engaging marketing materials including sales brochures, online listings, letters and invoices.
* Draw up and negotiate tenancy agreements and sales contracts through to completion, ensuring legal compliance at all stages.
* Support with general administrative duties and assist in the smooth processing of rental applications and renewals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in residential property sales and lettings.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with property management software.
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (mileage expenses reimbursed).
