Job Description
We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a busy office environment and identify improvements to increase efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
* SUPPORT PROJECT MANAGERS WITH ACCURATE INFORMATION RECORDING AND TIME/PROJECT EXPENSES TRACKING.
* MONITOR WORK-IN-PROGRESS AND HELP PROJECT MANAGERS HIT FINANCIAL TARGETS.
* LIAISON BETWEEN PROJECT MANAGERS AND THE OPERATIONS TEAM.
* MAINTAIN PROJECT DATABASES AND STATUS REPORTS.
* PREPARE AND SUBMIT TENDER DOCUMENTS IN RESPONSE TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFPs) AND INVITATIONS TO TENDER (ITT).
* PREPARE REPORTS ON TENDER SUBMISSIONS, OUTCOMES, AND AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT.
* PARTICIPATE IN STAFF INDUCTIONS AND PROVIDE KPI REPORTING.
Requirements
* EXCELLENT COMPUTER IT SKILLS ACROSS A RANGE OF SOFTWARE PACKAGES AND IT PLATFORMS.
* ABILITY TO WORK AS PART OF A TEAM IN A BUSY OFFICE ENVIRONMENT AND WORK ON OWN INITIATIVE.
* PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN ORGANISATIONAL ABILITY.
* TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS TO PROVIDE TIMELY INFORMATION TO PROJECT MANAGERS AND KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
* EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
* PROACTIVE APPROACH WITH A CAN-DO ATTITUDE.
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR WITH A PROFESSIONAL Demeanour.
* PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN TENDER MANAGEMENT OR A SIMILAR ROLE.
* A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE (PREFERABLY IN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES).
