Job Type: Part-time 21 hours per week Location: Castlebar Contract: Temporary 6 month initial contract Pay scaleis€19.30- €29.77 depending on previous relative public sector experience.
Key Responsibilities: The Clerical Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the department under the direction of the assigned manager.
The role covers all aspects of clerical and administrative work to ensure the effective running of the department.
As a temporary cover the following list of duties is what is required: Invoice processing Admin responsibility for Service Applications Communications on office landline and email with internal and external agencies and families Minute Taking and scheduling meetings Data monitoring and analysis for comparative reasons.
Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
General admin duties associated within a busy office.
Maintain confidentiality in dealing with employee information and sensitive documentation.
Essential Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel and computer use in general.
Professional telephone manner and customer service orientation.
A team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
