Our goal is for you to apply once and have your resume reviewed by multiple hiring teams.Role Description**We are seeking a proven, tactical, and strategic Sales Leader to manage a team of Account Executives covering France across Emerging and Small Business customers, based from our EMEA Sales hub in Dublin, Ireland. The appointed leader will play a key role in generating revenue and achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor to sales strategy while providing definition and implementation to help Account Executives generate pipeline and driving transformational projects with our customers and prospectsResponsibilitiesSupport direct reports by participating and leading client and prospect meetings. Engage other corporate resources as requiredOngoing mentorship and development of a sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new Account Executives on the sales processConducting weekly forecast meetings. Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closureReport on sales activity and forecast to senior sales managementConsistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the resultsDrive an inclusive, collaborative, learning environment cultivated with mentoring and feedbackPossess an analytical and data-driven approach to your business with a strong sense of leadership and motivating teamsRequired Skills/ExperienceSoftware/Technology ESMB sales experience in an individual contributor and/or management role. Sales management experience is a must, alternatively proven track of Sales Leadership development activities aligned with Salesforce Talent Development plansProven record of exceeding quota and generating pipelineSuccessful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environmentExcellent presentation and listening skillsMust be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environmentAbility to hire and train new sales representativesAbility to work with a cross-functional teamProven experience working with Salesforce sales solutions and sales methodologyDegree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)Fluency in French and English are essential requirements for this role
