Role:
* Implement, maintain and sustain the ISO14001:2015 Standard for the site by working with an external vendor to implement this key requirement for the site.
* Oversee the Industrial Hygiene program and act as site SME
* Conduct Occupational Hygiene Risk Assessments based on activities performed on the site.
* Liaise with Global Health in the review and specification of SEG's.
* Work with Consultants to complete Occupational hygiene monitoring and co-ordinate other related activities as required.
* Oversee the approval of New Chemical Introductions and management of the SDS's corporate database to ensure accuracy with respect to chemicals used on site.
* Maintains the Chemical Register for the site and works with the relevant stakeholders to introduce new chemicals to the site.
* Emergency Response Planning for the site inclusive of training teams based on risk profile for the site.
* Manages the Contractors Management and the Permit to Work Process for the site.
* Provide monthly Metrics reports for the site and ensure on time submission of monthly reports to Corporate EHS in CURVE.
* Chairs and leads bi-monthly meetings with the sites EHS Refresh Team ensuring compliance to the relevant standards is met as well as key deliverables.
* Creates and delivers presentations for the EHS Management Reviews.
* Provide and develop Chemical Awareness, Manual Handling and EHS Induction Training, Contractor Management, Permit to Work and other Safety Training as required.
Skills:
