Job Title: Technical Operations Coordinator
About the Role:
The Engineering Co-ordinator will assist the Contract Manager and our client Utilities Manager in all aspects of our Critical Utilities contract on a leading pharmaceutical site. The role involves assisting with workday administration, purchase orders, and requisitioning stationery and safety equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Workday administrator for the Veolia site team
* Purchase Order Requestor for the site team
* Requisition stationery and consumables as required
* Requisition PPE and safety equipment for the Operational group
* Maintain the onsite stock of PPE for the department and track the costs associated with this
Administrative Support:
* Training Co-ordinator: co-ordinate site training for the Veolia and BMS utilities' Engineering team utilising the site Success Factors training system
* Ensure each individual is notified of current training requirements and schedule training as required
* Report out on the Utilities Engineering Training percentage
* Administrative work supporting the Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* Provide DMS (Document Management System) administrative support for the Utilities Engineering Group
Liaison and Communication:
* Liaising with vendors to ensure that they are compliant with site requirements prior to coming
* Update red-lined SOPS's and other documentation as instructed by the Veolia site manager
Team Player:
* Support on-going projects and initiatives within the Utilities' Engineering Team as required
* Assist with any Data Administration required as instructed by the Veolia Contract Manager
Preparation of Reports:
* Preparation of the site monthly report for the contract governance meeting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Leaving Cert or above
2. Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
3. Strong customer focus, with good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach
4. Excellent organisational skills
5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
6. Positive
