Key Contract Support Role

This varied and dynamic role involves a diverse range of tasks, ensuring the efficient delivery of projects.

* Manage and update our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to maintain seamless project operations.
* Collaborate with the project team to complete daily administrative tasks in a timely manner.
* Process purchase orders, delivery dockets, and invoices to ensure smooth financial transactions.
* Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
* Prepare professional emails, letters, and reports to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support across the department to foster a productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our contract management team, supporting project success through diligent administration.
