The role will be focused on Offices, Retail, Industrial, PRS, Hospitality, Healthcare & Land. The successful candidate will have full autonomy in their day to day. If you are a specialist in a sector the role can be tailored to your network/strengths.Key Responsibilities:Sales and acquisition advise and associated negotiationsConsultancy advice to receivers, institutional investors and financial institutionsResponsibility for managing instructions, terms of engagement, conducting detailed property inspections, the delivery of high-quality projects on scheduleProactively develop new business opportunities through contacts, relationships, and networking.Involvement in preparation and delivery of pitches for new businessConducting financial valuation appraisals including investment and development appraisals.Key Requirements:BSc Property Degree preferred. SCSI / RICS qualified.Candidates on route to completing APC may be considered with suitable experience.Ideally Chartered with previous experience in valuations & advisory or agency.A proven track record in winning new business and leveraging networks in the Irish property market.Excellent leadership and organisational skills.Strong communication skills.Understanding of finance, performance, and business strategies.Maintaining relationships with clients, partners and other key stakeholders.
