Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Process and manage customer orders efficiently using the company's ERP system. Provide accurate product and service information to customers. Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases where necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and customer service as required.
