As a
Service Engineer
, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial coffee machines.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with mechanical and/or electrical aptitude who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with customers.
Full training will be provided, and you will work under the guidance of a Technical Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain coffee machines at customer sites
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Support the wider technical team as required
Skills & Experience
Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude (qualification or hands-on experience preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise
Fluent English (essential)
Full clean driving licence (essential)
Working Hours & Benefits
Full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week)
Monday to Friday schedule
On-call rota: 1 weekend in 3 (after training)
€500 per quarter on-call allowance
1.5x hourly rate for call-outs
Performance-related bonus
