General Manager (Pub) – Dublin 22/24
Excel Recruitment is delighted to announce we are seeking a General Manager for our client a growing hospitality trade located in Dublin West.
Salary : €55k – €60k
Our client has grown tremendously over the past year and is now eager to add an experienced and passionate General Manager to drive sales in the bar, implement standards and take the customer experience to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality expert looking for their next challenge.
Roles and responsibilities as General Manager:
1. Previous experience in a similar role in a busy property
2. Will have experience as Restaurant or Bar General Manager or an F&B Manager
3. Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage
4. To oversee the day-to-day running of the food and beverage
5. Previous experience with KPIs, stock control, costing, forecasting, beverage budgets and GP
6. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance
7. Strong experience with back-office systems
Who you are:
8. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
9. Strong work ethic & self-starter
10. Excellent customer service skills
11. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
12. Excellent presentation & attention to detail
13. Experience with point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms
