About the Role
* Determines resource needs and develops cost-benefit analysis for project implementation
* Manages and implements projects, overseeing all project activities and providing status reports
* Interacts with technology, product management, and operations teams to formulate and implement solutions
* Identifies impact of changes and processes on staff, analyzing the change and facilitating acceptance through training and communication
Key Responsibilities
* Defines and manages multiple phases of major projects
* Develops and recommends test strategies
* Reviews documents, procedures, and processes to identify areas for automation or improvement
* Designs and develops new procedures as needed
* Prepares detailed system specifications for proposed automated processes and systems enhancements
Requirements and Qualifications
* Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
* Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services
* Communicates complex concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
* Understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
