At the core of our stores, you will make our store environment welcoming and deliver the best service and experience to our customers. This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship (England & Wales).
What Your Day Will Look Like
1. Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
2. Respond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately.
4. Replenish stock as directed to ensure product availability.
5. Work as part of the store team to create a fun and friendly environment.
6. Live the company values by taking responsibility and working towards team goals.
7. Handle cash and operate tills accurately.
8. Implement store changes and promotions timely and precisely.
You will need to be flexible with your working hours, including shifts.
