Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for training programs. This involves managing schedules, coordinating logistics such as venues and materials, maintaining records in the Learning Management System (LMS), and communicating with participants and instructors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills. They must also be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
1. Support the delivery of online and onsite courses
2. Preparing course materials
3. Maintaining learning records
4. Better coordination of premises & equipment regarding development initiatives .
