Job Title:
Site Clerk/Site Administrator
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team. As a Site Clerk/Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing reception office administration, managing incoming project emails, and compiling progress reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the site team, including reception duties and email management
* Manage site diaries, labour reports, and design team minutes
* Compile progress reports and assist with BCAR submissions
* Maintain contact details for all organisations and contacts relating to the project
* Assist with drawing management, uploading drawings to our system and distributing them to contractors
* Administration of quality plans and material records
* Retain contractual documents and safety files on our system
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in construction administration
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and flexible to handle multiple and changing priorities
