We are hiring a Staff Nurse-Cath Lab for our Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
Permanent / Full-time - 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Know and practise within legal restrictions, especially those set forth by the NMBI.
Evaluate and update care plans as needed.
Evaluate personal nursing practice than care standards, and be aware of one's own abilities and competence.
Participate in quality assurance by helping to detect recurring nursing problems and collaborating on data gathering and problem solving.
Respond properly to patient/family requests and enquiries.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and other members of the healthcare team.
Provide direct supervision to other members of the nursing team as needed.
Requirements
Possess a complete registration in the NMBI-maintained Register of Nurses, General Division.
Evidence of personal and professional development.
Ongoing skills training - related to care necessary for patient caseload.
A minimum of four years post-registration experience.
