Estimator Project Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our team in leading and developing professional excellence in the estimating function. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of all estimates.
* A strong background in estimating, bid, and order negotiation experience within construction is required.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality controls, developing bid documentation, project BOQ, and budgets, evaluating contractor and supplier bids, and delivering category awards.
The successful candidate will be able to lead a team of estimators, manage subcontractors, and contribute to value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without compromising quality or performance.
About the Role
This newly created role reports to the Commercial leads and is responsible for providing a full and professional estimating service to support the definition of scope for modular hire projects.
The Estimator will also be responsible for cost and margin calculations, maintaining a commercial thought process about where prices need to be to win orders.
