The Role:
Our client is now seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with exceptional customer service skills to join their team in Sandyford. This position is interdisciplinary and will be a hybrid of customer service, print production with some design. The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with the Snap team, oversee light production devices, be reasonably familiar with the adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) and liaise with customers on our broad and varied customer base. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, providing an excellent learning and development opportunity. This is a customer facing role and is office based 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* The successful applicant will assist clients in determining their needs, proposing the appropriate solution to meet those needs and then utilise their graphic design skills to enhance and implement the mutually agreed proposal for print.
* On occasion, production of print ready artwork will be required
* See projects through to completion, from concept and design to production
* Training will be provided in the use of production machinery
* Meet strict deadlines by competing work flow and strictly managing time
* Will collaborate with other team members and effectively communicate ideas
* Creating customer quotes and follow-up, based on customer needs [with a high attention to detail, conversion and client satisfaction]. All activity to be logged in CRM and Business Management system.
* Ensure project deliverables are met by closely monitoring/liaising with production team and suppliers.
* Drive long term growth by building strong relationships with team and customers.
* Place a high priority on delivering quality results, go above and beyond client expectations.

Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 years' experience in graphic design is preferable
* Experience within the Print Industry is also preferrable
* Experience in design/creative environment is an advantage
* Must have fluent English, both written and spoken
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, and the capability of managing multiple projects required.
* Must be meticulous- paying great attention to detail
* Solid presentation, listening and communication skills
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Strong team player but also self-driven, proactive and motivated
