You'll work directly with the owner and alongside experienced Account Managers, taking ownership of day-to-day performance across both client accounts and Hendrick's own lead generation campaigns.This is not an account management or client-facing role.What You'll Be Responsible ForBuilding, managing, and optimising Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)Owning day-to-day performance across multiple client accountsManaging budgets, pacing, and scaling decisionsTesting and iterating creatives, audiences, and offersIdentifying and addressing creative fatigue and performance dropsRunning and optimising Hendrick Growth Partners own acquisition campaignsWorking closely with the owner and Account Managers to translate strategy into executionApplying lead-quality feedback to improve campaign outcomesHelping document and refine repeatable ad frameworks for trades and construction nichesWhat We're Looking ForStrong hands-on experience running Meta Ads for lead generationComfortable managing multiple ad accounts simultaneouslyCommercially minded — understands CPL, lead quality, and client outcomesExperience with local services, trades, or construction is a strong advantageAble to work autonomously and take ownership of resultsOrganised, proactive, and detail-orientedAgency experience is helpful but not essentialWhy This Role Is DifferentPart-time contract to start, with flexibility around working hoursOutcomes-focused (no micromanagement or clock-watching)Direct access to the business owner and senior decision-makersReal ownership over performance and optimisation decisionsExposure to multiple niches within trades and constructionClear opportunity to grow this into a full-time role as the business scalesContract DetailsPart-time contract (initially c. 10–15 hours per week)Scope to increase hours and move full-time based on performance and growthCompetitive contract rate, dependent on experienceQualificationsStrong analytical and data analysis skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify optimization opportunitiesProficiency in performance testing and management to refine advertising strategiesExcellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting performance insightsFamiliarity with Meta advertising platforms and best practices is highly desirableAbility to work independently and in a remote setting, meeting deadlines and delivering resultsLocation: Remote (Ireland / UK preferred)
