* Deliver high-quality products for all food outlets while maintaining impeccable hygiene standards and efficient work practices.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with management to achieve daily operational objectives, ensuring seamless delivery of dishes from the kitchen.
* Lead the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams in executing daily operations successfully.
* Supervise and manage the kitchen team, guaranteeing consistent high-quality service to customers.
* Contribute to the development and growth of the kitchen team, aligning their performance goals with those of the team.
* Address performance management issues promptly and professionally.
