to take the reins of our fast-paced kitchen — where every six weeks brings a brand-new six-course tasting menu and a chance to break the mould.

As our Executive Chef, you'll drive the creative direction of the kitchen, lead a talented team, and shape menus that spark conversation and bring guests back for more. What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire a high-energy, collaborative kitchen team
* Design and launch imaginative new tasting menus every six weeks
* Bring your own flair to the table with your custom Trust dish
* Own kitchen operations, ordering, and food quality
* Work closely with FOH to deliver an unforgettable guest experience
* Keep the standards sky-high for food safety, hygiene, and consistency
