The Role
Willis Towers Watson is a leading global broking, advisory and solutions company. The business in Ireland provides a wide range of services including insurance broking, financial advice, management consultancy, actuarial and investment solutions.
The company currently has an open position for a Technical Support Assistant to work as a member of the Risk, Excellence & Client Asset Account Team.
* Processing payments on multiple trust accounts including a MiFID Regulated conglomerate bank account daily.
* Preparation of daily reconciliation in line with Central Bank requirements & deadlines.
* Preparation of Monthly MCAR Submissions.
* Assisting with updating Client Asset Management Plan.
* Importing data from online banking systems.
* Liaising with Internal and External Auditors.
* Analyse financial reports and forecast trends to support strategic planning.
* Preparation of meeting packs and documents for Board Meetings and Monthly management meetings.
* Updating and maintaining MI Logs.
* Processing monthly billing via Oracle.
* Uploading Reports to Internal & External Systems.
