About The Role

Duties And Responsibilities
Commis Chef Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating.
* Follow recipes and guidelines provided by senior chefs for accurate and consistent food preparation.
* Assist in cooking dishes under the guidance of more experienced chefs.
* Operate kitchen equipment and machinery following safety standards.
Requirements
* Previous culinary education or relevant experience in a kitchen environment.
* Minimum of 2 years Experience required.
* Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
* Enthusiasm for learning and developing culinary skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
