* Qualifications: A minimum QQI Level 7 degree in social care or a related field, such as psychology, youth work, family support, or disability studies.
* Experience: A minimum of two years working in a social care setting with children or young people.
Additional qualifications that may be considered include higher degrees in psychology, child and adolescent psychotherapy, counselling, or addiction counselling. Required skills encompass a full manual driver's license and flexibility in regards to working hours.
