Job Title: Senior Residential Care Manager
The role of the Senior Residential Care Manager is to work collaboratively with the Centre Management Team to ensure the effective day-to-day management of a residential centre. As a Senior Residential Care Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Manager and deputy manager to create and maintain a warm, accepting, and secure environment for young people.
This involves providing frontline care to young people and developing and maintaining professional relationships with care staff, young people, and their families. You will also assist the manager in creating and maintaining a caring, safe, stable, and professional environment.
Key responsibilities include working directly with young people on the rota, standing in for the unit deputy manager as required, and assisting the manager in maintaining high standards of care.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a qualification at Level 7 or above that meets the criteria to be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU. You should also have 2 years' full-time relevant experience of working at social care grade with children/young persons, a full manual driving license, and eligibility to drive in Ireland.
