Read on for more details about this particular role.ResponsibilitiesThis role is based in Ireland, Galway.What's on Offer?4 days per week - 39 hours per week (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri)Free onsite parkingExcellent learning & development opportunities, full training provided, opportunities to growCanteen, free Coffee/Tea/Fruit providedExperience (Required)SMT hand soldering/rework experienceKnowledge/Experience working with and repairing PCB'sAbility to understand and read schematicsWorking knowledge of analog and digital circuitsKnowledge and experience with Microsoft programs, including Word and ExcelApproachable and strong communicatorStrong time management ability and ability to prioritize tasksSelf-motivated and high attention to detailActive technical team player with independent problem solving skillsDiagnose faults on PCB's through schematics & testing.Verify correct components on PCB's using relevant equipment.Testing repaired PBC's using test equipment to aid production.Fault find and repair circuit board assemblies to component level working toward increased yield.Support cross functional engineering team.Diagnose issues on electronic products or testers and support resolution to issues across product and cellsSupport with root cause of issues on products or due to manufacturing process and influence changes to production or product design to improve line and product yields.Could be expected to learn skills on Jet Printer program development and provide some level of technical support to production.QualificationsDiploma/Currently studying relevant engineering discipline.
