Leadership and Team Management
* Full leadership responsibility for the entire operation, ensuring all activities are delivered on time, efficiently, and profitably.
* Leading, motivating, and managing a team to achieve high standards of product delivery while achieving company goals.
Operational Excellence
* Manage the entire operation, including production, quality, Supply Chain, EHS, Human Resources, and finance.
* Promote a teamwork environment, working well with colleagues to achieve company goals and facilitating effective team interaction.
Customer Focus
* To manage and negotiate with customers to ensure there is a strong pipeline of orders into the future.
Strategic Leadership
* Developing and managing long-term company strategy in line with the company's objectives.
* Dealing with ad hoc issues and challenges as they arise.
Requirements for this role include:
Qualifications and Experience
* Educated to minimum level 8 Degree in a business, engineering, or manufacturing qualification.
* Minimum 10+ years' experience of leading and managing teams in an engineering production environment.
Skillset
* Numeracy / analytical skills, with the ability to work with and set forecasts, budgets.
* Strong communication skills.
* A self-driven individual with a proven track record for achieving results.
