We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategy for a premium Irish drinks portfolio. Based in Dublin, this role will be instrumental in shaping brand identity, driving growth in domestic and international markets, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with both trade and consumers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the drinks/alcohol industry, with a deep understanding of category dynamics, consumer behaviour, and route-to-market strategies. Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Planning Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints Manage brand architecture across core and innovation products Marketing & Campaign Execution Lead the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, experiential, PR) Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality content Oversee product launches, limited editions, and seasonal activations Commercial & Market Growth Partner with sales teams to drive brand performance in on-trade and off-trade channels Analyze market data, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform decisions Support international market development with tailored brand strategies Budget & Performance Management Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI Track and report on KPIs including sales growth, brand awareness, and market share Use data and analytics to optimize campaign performance Stakeholder Collaboration Work cross-functionally with production, sales, finance, and leadership teams Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and trade shows Qualifications 47+ years experience in brand management within the drinks/alcohol industry Proven track record of delivering successful brand campaigns and driving growth Experience working with premium or heritage brands is highly desirable Required Skills Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen Excellent project management and organisational skills Deep understanding of the Irish and/or global whiskey market Proficiency in marketing analytics and insights tools Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Skills Experience working with premium or heritage consumer drinks brands is highly desirable Skills: Brand Management drinks
