The Institutional Client Services Team supports Institutional, Corporate, and Insurance clients from onboarding to day-to-day servicing in conjunction with local sales teams.
What you will be responsible for
* Assist with the coordination of the Feasibility Assessment Process (FAP), ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed of new business opportunities.
* Assist with the coordination of the Institutional Client Take-on, becoming familiar with all aspects of onboarding mandates and co-leading the onboarding of new clients.
* Assist with setting up dedicated funds/products and manage modifications independently.
* Receive and service client requests, record them in MY CRM, and monitor resolution, including claims.
* Liaise with clients/sales to obtain KYC documents and follow up regularly to complete KYC refresh.
* Ensure client reporting requirements are understood, produced, and sent to clients.
* Notify relevant areas of large inflows/outflows.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure fee processes are correct and submit invoices/fee statements.
* Respond to ad-hoc client questions promptly and analyze trends to improve service.
* Participate in weekly institutional update meetings to keep stakeholders informed of progress or changes.
* Record constraints from investment management agreements in the appropriate systems.
* Assist and manage ad-hoc projects as needed.
