The role involves physical, hands-on work and requires someone who is reliable, motivated, and able to work safely and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting Lead Hands with the installation and extraction of cavity wall insulation across NI.Working safely on ladders and following all health & safety protocols.Handling, operating, and maintaining tools and equipment safely and effectively.Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment from the company vehicle.Providing general on-site support to team members as required.Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, including associated paperwork.RequirementsGood level of physical fitness to carry out manual labour tasks.Ability to work at heights (ladder-based work).Basic understanding of hand and power tools.Strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.Ability to work well within a team environment.Commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining accurate documentation.Punctuality and reliability are essential.Requirements:Access NI vetted (required)CSR card (preferred)Full Driving Licence (helpful but not essential)Please submit an up-to-date CV today via the \"Apply\" link, or you can call the Branch and speak to Donna
