As a strategic Store Format & Space Planning Manager, you will lead the charge on retail layout innovation across a nationwide store network.
Key objectives include:
* Delivering best-in-class space planning and store layouts for 30+ stores
* Optimising micro and macro space strategy to maximise real estate value
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including supply chain, marketing, category, and store operations
* Designing layout plans using Blue Yonder and AutoCAD to support business growth
* Creating KPIs to measure planning performance and drive promotional effectiveness
Requirements include:
* 3+ years of retail/FMCG space planning leadership experience
* Proficiency with Blue Yonder (CKB) and AutoCAD software
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
* Attention to detail and ability to identify opportunities
* Team leadership experience with process and budget management skills
