Job Title: Regulatory Business Analyst
Location: Dublin (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months (Initial Contract)
Start Date: ASAP
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Business Analyst to support the delivery of requirements under the Central Credit Register's Consumer Protection Code (CPC). The successful candidate will lead a gap analysis of existing versus updated CPC regulation and drive the end-to-end delivery of the required changes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed gap analysis between the current CPC regulation and the updated version
* Document high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
* Conduct detailed review and update of regulatory correspondence (e.g. customer letters)
* Drive CPC-related changes through governance forums, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
* Manage full traceability from CPC regulatory requirements through to final delivery
* Work closely with compliance, legal, operations, and technology teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation
* Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all requirements and decisions
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience working as a Regulatory Business Analyst in the Financial Services sector
* Strong understanding of regulatory change, ideally within the Irish banking or credit reporting environment
* Hands-on experience with BRD/FSD creation, governance processes, and regulatory traceability
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technology teams
* Previous experience working with CPC regulations or similar regulatory frameworks preferred
