Job Title
An Assistant Support Worker is required to provide care and support to individuals with complex needs. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality services, maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and service users.
The role involves providing daily support, assisting with education and skills development, and promoting personal outcomes for the individuals we serve. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting people, has a good attitude towards work, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* SUPPORTING PEOPLE WITH THEIR DAILY PLAN: Assisting individuals with their daily routines, including cooking, cleaning laundry etc.
We require an energetic and enthusiastic person who can contribute to enriching the lives of our service users. A full driver's license is preferred but not essential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess relevant life experience or hold a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (registered with CORU). Full training will be provided for this role.
